On February 2/3, 2023 the Center of Excellence of the Split-Dalmatia County hosted project partners from six organizations at the initial meeting of the Erasmus+ Sport TALENT project, where the Center of Excellence is the project holder. This innovative project aims to create a holistic approach to integrating kids within school and sport environments, preparing them for a successful dual-career path. A consortium of seven organizations from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Serbia, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta have joined forces to develop a comprehensive methodology. This will increase awareness around the identification, support, and prevention of talented children dropping out. Our mission is to empower teachers, parents, and coaches to embrace a new pattern of behavior that fosters success in both academic and athletic pursuits. Together, we’re shaping the future of creative sport talents and building a stronger, more connected community. We have established excellent cooperation and set goals for the project activities ahead of us, and we are looking forward to the start of what seems to be another beautiful project.
