On April 11, 2025, the final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM5) of the Erasmus+ Sport project TALENT was held at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Representatives from all six partner countries attended in person, with KMOP joining online due to travel disruptions.
During this conclusive meeting, partners focused on wrapping up the project’s final deliverables, including the Monitoring and Evaluation Report and Dissemination Report. All partners were reminded to update dissemination records and upload event materials to the shared platform by mid-May.
The team reviewed the project’s impact, highlighting over 50 dissemination actions, including seminars, awareness-raising events, and a promotional film. Partners were also tasked with completing final promotional activities with children and stakeholders in their local communities.
The external evaluation process was discussed, with Advisory Board members from each country invited to provide feedback through a structured survey, alongside access to all key project materials and recommendations.
Notably, the TALENT scientific article has been accepted for publication in Frontiers, with the final release pending.
As the project nears completion, partners also addressed issues of sustainability and authorship, confirming that all TALENT modules may be used in future publications with proper attribution.
With final reports due in May and final payments expected later in the year, the meeting marked the successful closure of the TALENT project—a collaborative effort to support talent development in youth sport across Europe.
